Hey my zombie maps wont load

What happens when you try to load it?

When i try to load it does this realy fast loading thing. When it gets yo the end it says i dont have map "whateveritis zombie."
Ive been told to use Cl_allowupload "1" but i dot know how to type it in to cfg.
