The best and cheapest web hosting that I've been able to find (and domains) is: Web Hosting Services and Domain Name Registration : 1&1 Internet Inc.

We have our website with them and it's great.

Have you tried HostGator? My friend says that they are the best hosting site available.
Plus their fees are cheap.
