You have to install deathmatch mod into your game

That does not seem to have it.

You can install deathmatch Here.

Im not very good with lan servers but i belive you extract it to

C:/Program Files/Steam/Steamapps/UserorEmail/counter-strike source/cstrike

And you should be good.
