hi
how can I make all players hear their voice,
I mean that counter-terrorist hear the voice of terrorists
I mean voice and speaking , not chatting

Is there a solution ??

its either all_talk 1 or sv_all_talk 1... i can't remember its been a while since ive admin'ed a server, but i know its all_talk
