Okay...I noticed that a LOT of people can do this thing were they can use this white line to get on top of things and go from different buildings and such. I have NO idea how to do that, and I want to know. Every time I ask, no one answers me...can someone help??

its a grapple..its a game mod for that server and usally admins are only ones who can use it
