i downloaded source dedicated server tool installed it and then i had a free server but no one can join its on internet and i use gui to set it up can anybody help me please

I've never setup a dedicated server, so I can't really help you here, but im sure if you do a google search for "source dedicated server tutorial" you will find some info

If you want post then try posting answers to other people question, or anything constructive at all... posting just to increase you post count is against the rules and will lead to you getting banned if you do it excessively

PS. use the edit button (whenever possible) instead of making two posts in a row

if you're using a router, you need to "forward your ports"
what's "forward your ports" mean?
well its not as hard as it seems, if you google it, you should be able to find what i'm talking about.
also sv_lan should be set to 0
