how do i give XP to my friends?

i own a servero n counter strike and i installed the Super Hero mod from this site. i was wondering if there is a command i can use to give my self and my friends more XP LET ME KNOW!

also is it the name of the steam account or the name that i see in the server? like the one u change in options? because i tried working with it and it didnt work.

if you wanted to give TehF8cker level 10, type amx_shsetlevel TehF8cker 10, then it will give him lvl 10, if you want to give him 750xp type in console amx_shsetxp TehF8cker 750, thanks.

for some reason tho its not working :S its so weird.... i typed amx_shsetlevel hey 10 because i changed my name to hey to keep it simple so i dont make a mistake but dis is what it said :
