How many hours do you play a day?

I would also like to improve my game play, and I would think this would come by thinking a bit more when playing. Can anyone suggest a few tips or advice on how to transform from an average player to one of the top player on a server. I've just started using sound a bit more, which has helped somewhat but the better enemies always seem to get the first shot in before me, giving them a slight upper hand.

I spend 4 to 5 hours on week days and 7 to 8 hours on weekend in playing games.

on weekends i would usually play from 9:00 to 1:00 or to 2:00
and after i do my homework I play for like two hours

i only play on fridays and saterdays but when i do play its ALWAYS more then 8 hours (no lie)

i usually stop when i get a MAJOR headache
