you need to install amxmod

AMX Mod X - Half-Life Scripting for Pros!

if you can speak proper, understandable english, then pm me and i will help you

when you go to the website (http://www.amxmodx.org), on the right, there will be a navigation bar.
click on the ".downloads" button
it will take you to a page where it says "Core Packages" and "Mod Addon Packs"
Under "Core Packages", select AMX Mod X Full INstaller and download it from either one of the two mirrors
Once you download it, just run the file that you get, and follow its instructions and it will be very easy to install AMX from there
