Yea its more based upon skill not the power/accuracy of the weapon. If you can use it correctly it will work good. If not then no.

yeah, the glock can own people hard, Ive died alot from close range burst fire,
but in my opinion i hate the ump45, the acurracy sucks, dmg is pretty crap and the ammo sucks.
