Exclamation Re: best gun for close range headshots

Hi.
For me, a good hs pistol is a glock. It can be very accurate at times and it also fires very fast.
The USP of the CT's can be useful at times but, NEVER panic! If you you go crazy with the USP, you won't go anywhere with it.

Rifles now.
Ak-47. We all know that the Ak is the most powerful rifle in the game (i'm not including AWP) but if you don't know how to control the Ak's insane recoil then you're dead. Burst-fire is very useful if you're in a gun-fight with long-rangers and can pick off snipers easy. So, basically the AK is a headshot machine. Colt. The M4 (or Colt) is another decent weapon providing that with the suppressor (silencer) you give up power for accuracy. Because the colt has 30 a clip, This can get you many a headshot. in maps such as cs_assault. Without the suppressor, it still remains strong and has a reasonable accuracy.

hmmmm IMO..

for close quarters and for a rather cheap price, its the mp5navy. Yep, a favorite weapon back in the CS 1.3 days, its high rate of fire and good accuracy made it quite a monster at close quarters when aimed right.

The AK and the M4 are indeed quite the monsters for close quarters headshots.

Personally I think the best of all weapons for close range head shots is M4 with or without silencer.. but if you know how to use shot gun [m3] then you are guarenteed a kill with/without head shot.
