best gun for close range headshots

But it depends on which gun you get, the cock-it or the auto cock gun, i recommed the cock-it gun cause it does more damage and aims better, the auto doesn't, once you just keep firing, it shoots all over the place and can't control it. Shotguns are great to use if your just going to RUN in there, lol. But Deagle or the 5 gun(forget the name) are awsome pistols for close range. The AK-47 is awsome at close range, but sucks at far range...

I disagree.. Many people say it sucks. I think it's the best gun in the world.. If your running, you can shoot 1 shot wherever you want and hit it exactly where you aim. So if you rush someone you can run and get an easy headshot. As for long range it takes 1 shot. Aim for the head hit it and they die. I just aim at there neck and click, let go, click let go.

I think that the shotty should be one shot kill at short distance.... I mean, who the hell would live to that???

Well I don`t know how you manage to do that... It takes me two shots or even three to kill someone with a shotty, except if I headshot obviously...


Try it out on a bot on a server... set em up so that they don't move or shoot and shoot them in the back.

I seriously recommend that you review and retry your guns... personnally I think that the ak is not as good at close range than the m4, but that it is better at far range, I find the firing to have a more solid feeling. Although I prefer the m4 since you can do both of these pretty good.

You CAN control the auto-shotgun, you just need some SELF-CONTROL, this is distinctively different. If you just hold the trigger and let all of the 7 shells out.. you`re defenitly going to get away with only one kill... You just need to watch what gets out. The problem with the pump shotty is that if you miss, you have a pumping break, allowing the other to shoot you... (it takes a fraction of a second you know).
What I usually with a shotgun is jump and shoot when I see someone.

The is perspective to every user, but everyone needs to try them out to sort out what gun can be used when and how. Believe it or not, it is possible to get a headshot with a MAC10 from the other end of a map...

New players generally prefer the M4, because they can spray more with it. In close quarters, an AK will always beat out an M4 when used correctly.
