Isnt it true you have to enter sv_airaccelerate 100 in the console to surf properly? I cant get my console to open with the tilde key, anyone know how to access the console in CSS?

Try binding it by going into your options and then keyboard and advanced.

You can do sv_airaccelerate 9999 instead.

Also, sv_airaccelerate is a server cvar which means that it can only be changed on the server itself (not your own cfg) and by someone with rcon access.
