Hes talking about changing the skins that are used on his computer, he'd be the only one who would see any changes....

Its no more cheating then turning the brightness up on your monitor

I think the it is ok for pubbing, but I don't think any leagues would let you do that.

I personally know some people that are Color-Blind, so he asked me to come up with some skins that could help him acuttly see the players >_> , so I thought nothing of it and made some of those skins

But I dont think there hacks or cheats just enhancements
