Ill add a few hints:
-SOUND IS IMPORTANT. I know it's been talked about, but a good headset and soundcard helps. Also, walk if you even think someone is close.
-Dont hide directly around corners/doors waiting for people. Step away from the corner or door a little bit and play angles to your advantage.
-Deagle is one of the few guns that doesnt shoot where you're aiming if youre standing still at close range. Aim using the top section of the bottom crosshair mark. Trust me, and test it. Then come back and thank me.
-Elite and SAS are the hardest skins too see on most maps.
-Use your radar, it's there for a reason.

-Be patient when playing
-Take your time and line up your shots
-Don't spray too often, try to use bursts of 3 or so shots.
