Mouse sensivity should be high or low???

Not to high that you cant controll it, not too low, so you can't turn quickly enough.

It depends. On a mouse mat I perfer it hgih while without one I perfer low.

Get a very precise mouse like a razer, and turn it down. Rely on the mouse or dpi settings. (High dpi is better in the longrun)
