Ok Need some help. I am attempting to open a cs gaming community which i know is not easy. How can i get more traffic to my de_rats server? Max i've seen is 8 and min is 2. Seeing more of "2" then "8". Do you have any suggestions or sites to advertise Server ip's on?

The most easy way is to get to know the ppl that play in your server. Then give them 2 or 3 admin cmds and tell them to help you get ppl to your server.
you can also create a steam community and invite ppl to join. Whenever they join they will look at the group's description and there you put ur server's ip.

The servers name helps a lot as well. Make sure you include the mods in it if they are mods like gungame, noblock for surfing, but not the admin tool you use.

What you are wanting to do is make friends, and make a community for your server. Build it, get involved and people will come back and their friends will join.
