what do you think is more usefull , to shoot when im run or stop and shoot?

It depends on the situation. Obviously, if you're standing still, it'll be more accurate. However, if you're in a situation in which people are shooting at you and you have to run to look for cover, you better run while you shoot.

the best for me is to stop and shoot. it prevents waste of bullets. although running may be used for certain situations, it requires a lot of practice to be accurate.

when i m on backup i stop n shoot.

when me alone i try headshots wile moving!....imo

its fun!
