maybe you are VIP and you have the tradition USP .45 then after the random buying you became holding two secondary pistols , i am not sure because your HP is 100 but you can try this in other (as) map. GOOD LUCK

There are some maps, AS/ES/VIP, that have errors that would cause a 2nd secondary weapon to load.

It's a classic non-Steam map that was widely played back in the day. The remake is ok, but not the same.
