You can do two things:
1) Sourcetunes.com allows a plugin that you can use. Search in sourcemod.net's plugins for radio and you'll get a simple install 2) You can use sourcetunes.com's web site player and use the webshortcuts plugin for sourcemod and when someone uses a trigger, example !music or !radio or both!, it'll bring that player in the MOTD.
