Is there anyway to make a DM server like local?
Where you play with bots n create a server on your PC?

I don't see why it would be a problem. Just create the server and install the mod.

I did all of that and for some reason it wont work for me..does it automatically activate? or do i have to do something?

Did you install Metamod?

Metamod:Source. Regular MM will do mods for Non-Source engine games only.
