Dedicated Server Modding

I finally got my dedicated server working!
*I have player skins and weapons downloaded.
*But, I don't know how to make it so the players have to
download the content before joining so they can see it working
too.
*In other words, i do not know how to mod my dedicated server, only my own
game. (My friends can't see the mods.)

Well you can use the downloadlist.txt found at cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin to force the client to download the files, but that's no guarantee they will load right. The map itself will tell the client what materials and props it needs and as long as those are in the right place on the server they will load fine. As for the skins just follow the read me file that came with it and you should be set.

Oh, weapon skins, from what I have used which is very little, are set by the clients not the server. So whatever the client has loaded will be what they see, the other clients will see what they have loaded and so on.

I have no idea on CZ, never played it or got it. Sorry. I know in with Mani-Admin it's loacteed here: /cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/downloadlist.txt

IDK much about CZ and I don't know what admin tools they have for it so I would need to look into that to help you more.
