How do you make your server run public skins? ie skins that EVERYONE on the server uses and sees?

First of all, I strongly discourage that, because it's just more for people to download, and no one likes to wait when they could just go somewhere else and play right away.

Download the skins you want, locate your "/cstrike/models" directory, find the folder for each respective skin (i.e. "player" folder for player skins) and upload them. That's how it works as far as I know, others feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Uhhhh, i thought it would be in the /server folder...that way its on the server itself not just client side...

No, i dont think so, because when u create your own server, anyone who joins, goes through your clients files, like skins and sounds

unless u get a fast download server so people can download the mods faster

well, i think public skins would be cool without the hassal of a long download but thats just not how it works.
