only i can see the skins installed....How can my Friends on the server see it???

I think you must inform the owner of the server if you put something in their server.

Well first yes if you own a server then thats the first step because you need to own a server in order to put skins on the server. 2nd step is make sure the skin is Server Sided. You can google or search for server sided skins or just go to fpsbanana for simple basic ones. There are also many guides on how to install the skins on your server. Very easy once you get use to it. You should be able to do this no problem.
