Okay so I just got cal working on my server. Once the CT's and Ts are on each side, how many rounds does one team win until you switch sides? Next, how many times does each team have to win to declare victory?

Ya, it's always an odd number, we always used to see something close to 8:5 or 7:6 and then swapped. There were a few shut outs but we always tried to get evenly matched teams. 15 works, 11 would as well. I think for practice/scrims CAL only cared that there was a winner, not a tie and enough rounds to make a difference, so 13 rounds or more.

It means that they are using skins that you don't have. Does that happen in every server or just 1?
