Looking For Staff Members, a CS Community

I got a cs community running.
It'll basically be sweet, servers, LOTS of people, blah blah blah.
I dont want to waste my time right now to give more details, but if your interested, let me know.

We host our own servers, and fully make everything on our self, websites, etc..


Im looking for people 18+ of age.
Must have a cs steam account w\ their own computer & internet.

Must be able to do some type of coding skill or have a good strong benifit to bring in.

( Right now I would like a site do over, fully custom, phpbb forum & main page. )

- Some examples of skills I need are... Javascript, programming, css, HTML, graphic design, flash, amxx coding etc... -

Maturity is needed, irc, vent and microphone aswell.

The hell with it, ill give you guys a full description and tell you everything about it.

The community is a public server community.
The staff members will administrate, help it grow, and be the main part of it.
We will start out with 1 server.
The servers will all be boosted at 1000fps, max rates, fast downloads on amazing servers.
Once we get 1 server filled up and has at least 14+ people in it daily, well add another server, boosted, etc...
And move on...

We will run a forum, a website, an irc channel and a ventrilo server.
It will provide a friendly environment for everyone, especially the staff and admins.
We will have partnerships with companies, and become big/known!
