North American CSS Clan Recruiting

XMP, a Counter-Strike: Source clan, was started just over a year ago. At one point we were a thriving community, but have died down somewhat since then. We're looking to pick up quite a few members to return to our former popularity. We're pretty casual -- we were in CAL-O last season and hope to complete in the OGL and CAL again as we pick up qualified members.

Here's a few points:

- We have a website (teamxmp.com)
- We have a Ventrilo server (69.31.96.248, port 5052)
- We have a 100 tickrate, 600 FPS 16 slot public server which we use for scrims (208.100.14.228:27015)
- You don't have to pay for admin
- As our community grows, we'll be looking for forum, server, Ventrilo, and IRC admins
- There's no age or microphone requirement (though please understand that if you don't have a mic, it'll be difficult to scrim with you)
- If you'd rather not scrim and just want to hang out in our public server, that's OK!

So, if you're looking for a fun group of people to hang out with or play Source competitively with, go ahead and check us out. Like I said, we're casual, though we do scrim frequently. Though we aren't a multi-game clan, many of our members also play games like WoW, Rappelz, FEAR, and Battlefield 2.
