Starting a CS:S Scrim Team

Clans have never really worked for me, so I'v decided to start a team, of say, 7 players, 5 regs and 2 backups. I need players that are at least decent or above.. (I'm not the best ever). I wan't to join leagues, scrim all the time, and maybe go pro, or at least close to, and travel. Right now I manage a clan with my friend, so we'd have a server for a while, and I have vent..
