UK clan Emberspawn is recruiting

Emberspawn was first created in 2003 when a group of young sportsmen decided that instead of taking the various football, rugby and ultimate frisbee contracts they were being offered at the time they would try their hand at something bigger, more serious and alltogether more important. The 1st ogame.org universe seemed large to begin with but was soon too small to contain the force of the emberspawn and the original members took sabaticals from ogame to persue other gaming career paths. Despite the many appealing features of hello kitty island adventure and the world of warcraft the original emberspawn were reunited to rule a new ogame universe. Universe 28 was like any other, full of young ****s ripened by the complacency of the 26 previous universes that were emberspawn free. The alliance grew strong, as all expected and quickly became rated as number 1 in both points and total fleet size in a game of over 10,000 players. Sadly, this golden time was not to last and after a year of ruling universe 28 the original leaders disbanded to work in a cracker factory.

Fast forward to 2009 and work in the cracker industry is no longer the thriving environment it was. The credit crunch has led to a decline in working conditions and the underpaid unappreciated staff have become little more than minimum wage slaves. Run down and fed up, the emberspawn set light to the factory killing everyone inside.

The firefights that ensued over the next few days were little more than annoyances for the Emberspawn elders. First the police fell, then the army, it was clear the Emberspawn would be able to hold the factory for the forseable future. Having conquored the real world they would return their sights to the virtual one and so surviving on the chared remains of their ex-coworkers they continue to crush all online opposition.

3: Why? I mean like, it seems so fictional I was laughing while reading it. I can't take the offer seriously to join it, even though I have a clan of my own. How do you think this makes other users feel? It's well written though.

Making you laugh was the intention and hopefully people looking for a clan would find it amusing, think we were fun people and join us. I don't know what kind of sign up rate i should expect from forums but posting this has got me 3 members so far. Don't think i should be disappointed with that should I?

I know some people take CS:S very seriously but those kind of people probably wouldn't fit in too well with us. We spend about 15 hours scrimming a week atm, but the idea is to have fun. Our best players are only mids but that's fine for us right now.
