Looking for Leadership Partner

I've been playing Counter-Strike for a long time and I've dabbled in leagues and competitive play. I've been scrimming for almost as long as I've been playing and now I want to start up my own clan, however I need help doing it. What I'm looking for in a partner:
1. Skilled
2. Experienced in leagues
3. Can help pay for server(s)
4. Has had some leadership experience
5. Is 17+ (No exceptions, don't waste my time if you aren't over 17)

At most I'd like a total of 3 partners, 2 ideally. I'd also like to state that we must have similar ambitions for the clan's goals, as well as similar ideas of clan/team structure.
