Hello, I have bought from Counter-strike.com before but i never used a subuser before. If i buy a server and have one of my friends set it up for me using a subuser can they see my credit card info, and any other personal info such as passwords ect? Also If i bought a Vent with my purchase could they log into the vent admin if i gave him subuser? Cause i dont want someone stealing my server, or my credit card info.

Subusers can not see any of your account information.

Ventrilo servers would be just like any other ventrilo server. You can simply give them access to the ventrilo server through the ventrilo server application itself.

Ok thanks, also if i give someone subuser can they open a support ticket? Because i dont want my subuser opening a support ticket and adding something else to my account that i dont want to pay for.

You have the option to give them the ability to open a support ticket or not. That option is up to you when you add them.
