Ive tried paying for a server by paypal but it keeps asking for a credit crard.
I dont own a credit card is there another way of payment?

Yes, you should have received instructions in your sign up email that you can log into your Paypal account and click "Send Money" and send the payment directly to billing@counter-strike.com. Once that's done, contact us on our contact page and your account will be setup.
