hello, im new to this whole thing ... so sorry if my Qs are a bit ****ish :P
- if i bought a cs server will it work on steam? ..
- does my internet speed somehowe affect my server ? .. like causing lag and stuff? .. my internet is only 512 kbps.
- after i buy a server and finish the order.. what will exactly happen ? .. i have no idea so just need some brief answer.

.. i guess thats pretty much it.

Yes, the game server will work when you are using Steam.
No, your internet has nothing to do with your server running. It's hosted by us.
Your server will be instantly setup and you will be sent your account information.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.

i see..
ok so what if i have high ping with my server?.. i read about ur servers and their locations.. they are all like really far away from me.

There are servers in all locations listed on our main site at Counter-Strike.com | Counter-Strike Servers, Forums, Maps, Strategy and more!. You can test your ping to those servers by connecting to them to determine what location is best for you before purchasing. =)

i personally just use dedicated server and just leave it running through my router.
