Hi i was looking around your site and im really interested in purxhasing a server but i have some questions that u have probably answered a million times but there are so many threads i cant read them all.
1. ive read a lot of threads about the 100 tic 66 tic and u always put a link to answer but ive read confilcting answers so what would u reccomend for a 16 man pub server prob mani and rpg and a few custom maps, i was thinking 100 tic but correct me if im wrong. 2. when u say there is a online interface for all your server needs, is that where the server.cfg files and such are located and where i change them like giving admin powers etc.?(probably a dumb question) 3. whenever i change something in the online interface it is immediatly changed to the server or do i have to restart or does it take a few minutes? 4. i can only assume u guys are well versed in all the mods u provide so if i need help is there a number i can call for faster help or is it a system like a forum or email?(because i will def. use it when i get started) thank you |

1) For a public server you probably wont see a huge difference between 100 tickrate and 66 tickrate. You can upgrade / downgrade your billing at any time by letting us know you want to change, so if you start out with a 100 tickrate server and decide that you want a 66 tickrate server, it's an easy change.
2) Yes, we have a control panel where you can access all of your server files. You also have the ability to use ftp to access your server files. 3) When changing anything in your main configuration files you have to restart your server before the change takes place. If you execute the command directly on your server, you wouldn't need to restart. 4) We provide our main support over the support ticket system built into the game server cotnrol panel. Most major mods are simple to install and you can install them with a single click in the control panel. Our FAQs page is also very helpful. |

Pete u gotta help me when i tried to purchase after i entered my card and everything it said it could not be processed because the card could not be authorized then when i did it again it said error message fraud, how come it is saying these things?!?! plz help ive been waiting all day at work for this lol

Were you able to order successfully? Please email me your name, the time you ordered, etc and I can look into why it happened. Most of the time it happens because you entered the wrong zip code, address, or country and if you try ordering again immediately after that the system sees that as a possible fraud because orders shouldn't be put through that quickly after another order was placed.
