terms of service question

The ToS states:
"The User warrants that in its use of the Web Site and Services it shall:

not upload, post, transmit or distribute any material or information in which the User does not own or has license to the intellectual property rights, or any material which is in any way unlawful or which is potentially harmful, threatening, abusive, libelous, pornographic or otherwise obscene, or racially or ethically or otherwise objectionable;"

Does this apply in-game? Because practically every other player on CSS has a pornographic spray and 99%+ of all conversation could be interpreted as "potentially harmful, threatening, abusive, libelous, pornographic or otherwise obscene, or racially or ethically or otherwise objectionable". Am I to police the server 24/7 so no one breaks these rules?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I would assume that does not apply in-game.

Pete, thanks for the clarification. I know I'm being nit-picky but it does say:

"Services" means the services offered by GameData, Inc. via the Counter-Strike.com web site, game servers or any other server applications including but not limited to voice servers, FTP servers or web hosting servers.

so I was a little confused.
