I've been playing C:ss for a year now, and I'm interested in making a clan and renting a server.
Few questions.

(It shall be a surf DM server, 10 man, then soon a 20 man.)

Whats the difference between 66 & 100 tick?

Will the server be running when im not on it / computer is turned off? (Dedicated)
Is the above what Dedicated means?

Will running a server make my computer lag?
If yes will a 1.8ghz processer and 1g ram be enough for a 10man / 20man server?

On the buying options it offerd me to have teamspeak / ventrillo - Is that just for in-game speach?

I saw somewhere that I got a free domain with my server, is this true?
If yes, Will I need to get someone to make it in HTML ect?

100 tickrate servers are generally for private/match servers. You can learn the technical differences at the link below.

Yes, the server runs on our servers 24/7 and doesn't have anything to do with your own computer.

The game server you purchase from us is independent from the computer that you have.

Yes, these are options and you can use these voice servers in-game or outside of the game.
