They're 500 FPS.
I'm not sure about the high FPS servers. You'd have to wait until customer service responds.

Alright thanks guys, but ,is it like possible to try 1 server for couple of days and to decide if i like it or no?
Because sometimes you might buy a server and it will suck i dont want that to happen second time to me. Thank you again for all your help

There are demo servers which you can try prior to purchasing a server. The list can be found here: Counter-Strike.com | Counter-Strike Servers, Forums, Maps, Strategy and more!
It'll also help you determine in which location you will have a lower ping.
