I called that contact number 1 time and spoke to Rush so it's quite possible.

Most companies these days seem to be quick to discuss matters over email. Have you tried emailing them at "helpdesk@counter-strike.com" or if you have another server with them, have you tried opening a support ticket even if it's regarding a question on another server? That's what I do. Just a suggestion; hope it works!

Well I don't know. They are all about the same price as here or more.

I would suggest that you open a support ticket in your game server control panel if you are a customer.
