I payed for the server with credit card and i didnt get the ip to my server on my email maybe its cuz i have Polish email but nothing said i cnat give Polish email so wtf ios this?????

Servers are set up within minutes of paying. So, you may have a spam filter blocking the email from coming through, or maybe you didn't complete the order.

im realy pisse cuz i payed for it and it didnt give me the server so its a rip off ?

I show your account was setup and you were sent your account information as soon as you paid for the server. Use the username and password that you signed up with and you can log into your control panel at Counter-Strike.com | Counter-Strike Servers, Forums, Maps, Strategy and more! as your account information you were emailed shows.
