How long does it usually take? It's been 30 mins and I have received no information about my server besides receipts and such.

It typically takes about 5 minutes or less. If it's been 30 minutes then you may have a spam filter or something else blocking the account emails. If you still have not found your account information, you can send the information you signed up with such as your name, email address, username, etc to pete@counter-strike.com and I can look up your account information.
