I am about to buy a server in the next few days and I have a question.

The ingame chat you use, does that require a TS server or does talking in game for CSS (i.e.. terrosrist talk/ CT talk so on so forth)?

That is my only question I have. Would be greatly appreciated if anyone could give me an asnwer. Thank you for you time

No, the in-game chat is built into Cuonter-Strike, so a Teamspeak or Ventrilo server is not required.
