i just bought a server over paypal, got an email saying add us to contacts and thats all... am i suppose to get a email about my server? how long does it take for them to email it to me?

It should only take a few minutes. If for some reason you do not require your account information within a few minutes, just use our Contact Us Page to contact us and we can look into it. Make sure you do not have a spam filter or junk mailbox that filtered out the information.
