So im thinking about buying a private server for me and my friends for matches.

But i have a few questions:
When i buy it how will i know when its up.
How will the Counter Strike know what i want my RCON password as
How will then send me the ip so i can play on the server
Does the server come with lo3 config?

You will receive an email immediately after you order with all of your information. All servers come with the most up to date lo3 and cal configs.

And how do i tell you what i want my server to be named?

You can change the name of your server at any time with the instructions on the FAQs page.
