New Clan Looking For A Reliable Server

Hi,

Briefly about myself, i've been playing CS for about 4-5 years now. I've decided to rent a server for our clan that i'm in charge of (27 members) and see how it works out. I've been browsing for weeks for a GOOD rental server that's not only good to receive money but good to fix problems via their customer support. I'm not here to bad name any other CSS rentals but their prices seem fairly "low", and their customer support is really horrible. I do believe in "you get what you pay for" but not in "you'll pay an arm and a leg to get what you pay for".

Anywho i was referred to this forum by one of your already satisified customers. I've been browsing around the forums and i've seen pretty much good reviews and importantly good customer support (which is something that i really look into for).

I have a few questions before i put in my order through paypal.

1 - Where is your geographic location, the machine specs and how many other people will I be grouped with on my machine?

2 - Will I have a control panel to re-start my server if it stops working

3 - What is your server uptime policy and performance guarantee for downtime

4 - Do I get FTP & SSH access wtith the ability to set a crontab (important if you want to run any decent stats display)

5 - If i purchase a server, could i uppgrade

6 - Do I have to agree to a set contract or month to month is acceptable

7 - Will we receive our own website as well included in the package

8 - Would you guys pre-install Mani Admin for us free of charge

I know it's a lot of questions, but these are the main things involving an investment by our clan to pick counter-strike.com over all other CSS rental servers.

Well it definitely sounds good so far. Just fill me in a little bit on how our server would work cause i've never hosted a game server before. Let's say i put my order into you guys, then i'm assuming it'll take you guys x-amount of days to give me full access of our game server that we would pay for. Now once i get the game server how many maps comes with it? Or is it 0 maps, basically in general what comes installed with the server as far as other than the obvious server re-boot button and mani admin (which you've mentioned would be installed for us free of charge).
All these installations that you've mentioned and i quote "If you want something installed that's not available within the control panel, just let us know and we can install it for you." Is that free of charge out of courtesy or you'd bill us for any type of installment?
Can we change our server name at anytime? Customize the server name for players on steam? How often does the ranking and statistics show up in game?


I'm also looking for a good web hosting that includes a website with a forum, i saw your price which was $9.95/month. Now without mentioning other company names but i've seen 90% of the companies offer 200-300 diskspace with 2,000-3,000 or even unlimited bandwidth for only $5.95/month (i could link to prove my statement if you'd like references)
Now do you guys have competitive pricings of that sort?

Your server is setup instantly. You should receive your account information within a few minutes of ordering.

Your server will come with all of the standard basic maps already installed. We have several Map Packs available that contain a large amount of Zombie Mod maps, Surf Maps, etc. that you can install with a single click just like the Mani Mod install that you mentioned. You can add any custom maps that you want easily using our control panel or using FTP.

We install the mods that you want free of charge.

You can change the name of your server to anything that you want. We do not brand your server or make you keep our company name in the name of the server.

The ranking and stats show up as often as you want on the server. You have full control over that through Mani Mod.

You may find better deals on web hosting. If you have web hosting through us and you want fastmap downloads on your server, then we would just have more control to help you get it up and working. We just have this as a service for your convenience.

Alright thanks, i just put in the order for a 30 slot pub. @ 100 tick server for NY area. I made a note as well in there to let you know its me.
