When i buy a CSS server here at Counter-strike.com, are the admin mod such as mani-admin plugin already installed or do i have to install it my self?

Mani is not pre-installed with your server, however, it is easily installed with a click of a button in your control panel, or you can ask Counter-Strike.com staff to do it for you, and they will be happy to.
