New YOrk Server

We have a New York server with and may get a private server. Are you still having technical difficulties (cut fiber optic line reported May 7) there? If so when do you expect it to be corrected? Otherwise we may get a Chicago server from you.

We are no longer having issues in New York. That issue lasted for less than a day. If you are a current customer, then the correct place to ask questions would be within your game server control panel to get a faster response. We answer questions on the forums as often as we can, but customers that open support tickets are first priority over forum questions and may not receive an immediate response. If you need anything else, just let us know.
