Hi guys,

I'm one of the leader of clan TxAG currently in Cal IM and Cal O, we wanna buy a 20 man public server but i have a few questions before we do so.

I know your servers are really cheap $47 for a 20 man pub but we use to have the same thing with AOWC at the same price and believe me the server was really really bad, tick was dropping to 25 when the server was full and sometimes to 15 .

So im afraid the same thing will happen with your server since its only $47/month.

So...

Are your server really good for that price?
Tick wont drop when server is full?
No lag every 5-10 seconds?
Are we gonna be happy with your server?

I'm ready to buy but i dont wanna make another mistake with $40 servers

You should be extremely happy with your game server from us. We have lower prices, but not because we are lower quality like other game hosting companies. We maintain lower prices because we are good at what we do, so we can pass the cost savings onto the customer.

You shouldn't see any tickrate dropping when the server is full or experience lag. You can view our "Customer Testimonial" section in these forums to see unedited comments from current and past customers on their experiences with our company and our services.

Ok i just proceed with the order but i got this message...

AuthCode: Error
Your order cannot be processed at this time. Your credit card was not accepted. Please try again later.
AUTHMSG: DECLINED

???

This could be for many reasons. Make sure you are entering the same address information in the form that is associated with your credit card. With all transactions it verifies that you know the information that is associated with the credit card. This is the most common reason for this. Otherwise, the information entered could have just been accidentally entered in wrong.

Pete are u servers the best, and why I'am lokking for a server but there are many u can buy them from...!
