I believe the server hosting is strictly restricted to only counter-strike games.

i know the name is "counter-strike.com" but, wouldnt you get even MORE customers if you supported more games? Like DOD?

Sure, if we offered more games we would get more customers, but that's not what we're about. We want to offer the best specialized support for only a few games. There are some companies that offer a seemly unlimited amount of games, but when you open a support ticket the person answering the question may have never even played that game before or know anything about the mod you are asking about. If someone wants another game type like DOD, then they can get one of those servers anywhere, but if they want a Counter-Strike 1.6, Source, or CZ server there really isn't anyone else that compares to what we offer and that's what we are going for.
