Howdy,
I currently have a 12 player private server and would like to upgrade to a 22 player public. In order to do this i understand that i have to send a support ticket and just simply request the upgrade. However, I just paid my monthly bill (2/23). What i am confused about is how does that work with billing? Surely I'm not expected to pay the 20 odd dollars for this month (the 12 player server) and the 40 odd dollars for the upgraded 22 player. |

You would simply pay the pro-rated difference in price. For example, if there was 15 days left in your billing cycle until you were billed next, you would just pay for 15 days worth for the additional 10 slots.
