im lookin to purchase a counter-strike: source server and i was wondering about the HLstatsX or w/e....If i dont purchase it will i still get "rank", "top", or "session" in the server, just not thru the internet and on my site???

Yes, in-game stats are still shown on your server if you choose to have Mani Mod installed on your server, which is a free install and available for you to install inside your game server control panel with a single click.
